Mobile apps

Mobile app development for businesses

We build iPhone and Android apps under your brand, from ordering and booking apps to subscription clubs, with an admin panel to run everything. We work with businesses that want repeat customers and with founders who need to turn an app idea into a product people use.

A well-built app puts your brand on your customer’s home screen. Instead of paying for ads to reach the same people again, you send a notification, release a coupon or open next week’s schedule. That is how an app pays for itself: more repeat purchases and a lower cost to bring customers back.

Every app we build starts from how your business actually works. We look at how customers buy today, where they drop off and what would make them come back. Screens, features and integrations come after that.

We deliver apps as Progressive Web Apps (PWAs): customers install them straight from the browser on iPhone or Android, with your icon, and the app opens full screen like any other. When the project calls for it, publishing to the App Store and Google Play is available as an optional step.

Who it is for

  • Restaurants and food businesses that want direct orders without marketplace commissions.
  • Salons, clinics, gyms and studios that live on bookings and recurring visits.
  • Retail brands that want their own subscription club, loyalty points or rewards.
  • Startups and founders who need an MVP to validate an idea with real users.
  • Companies that need an internal app for field teams, sales or operations.

What we deliver

iPhone and Android app

One codebase for both platforms, installable on the home screen and designed around your brand.

Admin panel

A web dashboard to manage products, schedules, customers and promotions on your own.

Payments

Card payments, subscriptions with automatic billing and tracking of paid orders.

Notifications and engagement

Push notifications, booking reminders, loyalty points, referrals and coupons.

Accounts and customer area

Sign-up, order history, subscriptions and customer data stored securely.

Launch and follow-up

We put the app live, set up the domain and stay close during the first weeks of use. App store publishing is optional.

Types of apps we build

Every business needs a different app. Some common formats and the problem each one solves:

Ordering and delivery app

Menu, cart, payment and order tracking, with no per-order marketplace commission. Customers reorder in two taps.

Booking app

Real-time availability, automatic confirmations, same-day reminders and upfront payment to cut no-shows.

Subscription and loyalty club

Monthly plans with automatic billing, points, cashback and member-only perks.

Internal app for teams

Checklists, visit logs, photos, signatures and reports for field teams, straight from the phone.

Startup MVP

The first version of a new product, focused on the core feature, to validate the idea with real users.

AI-powered app

Features such as photo analysis, recommendations and assistants, like LessCal, which estimates calories from a photo of a meal.

How we build your app

  1. Discovery

We talk about your business, your users and the problem the app must solve, and leave with a prioritized feature list.

  2. Prototype

We design the main screens in Figma so you can test the flow before any code is written.

  3. Development

We build the app and the admin panel in short cycles, with test builds you can try on your phone.

  4. Testing

We test ordering, booking and payment flows on real iPhone and Android devices.

  5. Launch

We publish the app, set up notifications and help you introduce it to your customers.

  6. Iteration

After launch we keep supporting the app and add features based on real usage.

Technology

Proven technologies and a clean codebase that another team could maintain if you ever need it.

  • React
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • PWA
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
  • Stripe
  • REST APIs

How long it takes

Timelines depend on scope. An app with ordering or booking, an admin panel and payments is a very different project from a platform with several user roles, legacy integrations and complex business rules.

That is why the schedule is part of the proposal, split into milestones you can test. If the goal is to validate an idea, we start with an MVP: the smallest version of the app that solves the core problem and gets real users on it.

How much does it cost to build an app?

We don’t sell fixed packages. The cost of an app is calculated from its scope, and you get a fixed quote before we start. The biggest cost drivers are:

  • Number of screens and user roles (customer, staff, admin).
  • Integrations: payments, tools you already use, ERP, CRM or third-party APIs.
  • Real-time features such as chat, tracking or targeted notifications.
  • App Store and Google Play publishing, which is optional.
  • Target deadline and ongoing support after launch.

A practical way to control the budget is to launch an MVP and grow it based on real usage instead of building everything at once.

App development FAQ

Does the app work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The same app runs on both. Customers install it on their home screen with your icon and it opens full screen. If the project needs it, we also publish to the App Store and Google Play.

Do I need to publish the app on the App Store?

Not necessarily. For many businesses an installable web app is enough and avoids store fees and review cycles. Store publishing makes sense when you want to be found inside the stores or need specific device features.

How much does it cost to build an app?

It depends on scope: screens, user roles, integrations and timeline. You receive a fixed quote in the proposal before we start. On a tight budget, we recommend starting with an MVP.

How long does it take to develop an app?

The timeline is set in the proposal, split into milestones. Integrations with existing systems and complex business rules add the most time; a lean MVP shortens the path to your first users.

Can I update the app myself?

Yes. The admin panel lets you manage products, prices, schedules and promotions without touching code. New features are handled by our team under a support plan.

Do you maintain the app after launch?

Yes. We offer post-launch support, fixes and maintenance plans to keep the app up to date, secure and improving.
