Artificial intelligence

AI development for businesses

We bring AI into products and processes: assistants that answer customers, automations that read documents and AI features inside your app or SaaS. We work with companies that want AI to save time and drive revenue, with solutions that hold up in daily use, not just in a demo.

Language models opened a lot of doors, but putting AI to work inside a company takes more than calling an API. You need to pick where it actually saves time, feed the model the right information, keep costs under control and make sure answers can be trusted.

We start from the process: which tasks take the most hours, where the repetitive volume is and which decision the AI will support. Then we build the solution into the systems your company already uses, with clear limits on what the AI can and cannot do.

We also build products with AI at their core, where the smart feature is the product. LessCal is one example: users take a photo of their meal and the AI estimates the calories.

Who it is for

  • Companies with high volumes of repetitive support on chat, email or messaging apps.
  • Operations that process documents, contracts, invoices or forms by hand.
  • Digital products that want an AI feature as a differentiator.
  • Teams that need to find information across many internal documents.

What we deliver

Support assistants

Assistants that answer from your company’s own information and hand over to a person when needed.

Document search (RAG)

AI that looks up manuals, contracts and internal knowledge bases and cites its sources.

Process automation

Document reading and classification, data extraction and automatic data entry.

AI features in products

Smart features inside your app or SaaS, such as image analysis, summaries and recommendations.

Integrations

AI connected to your CRM, messaging, email, spreadsheets and internal systems.

Cost and quality control

Usage monitoring, spending limits and regular evaluation of answers.

AI use cases by team

Where AI tends to pay off fastest inside a company:

Customer support

Answers to frequent questions on chat, email and messaging apps, with handover to a person when needed.

Sales

Lead qualification, conversation summaries and suggested next steps for the sales team.

Finance and back office

Reading invoices and receipts, with automatic entry into your system.

Contracts and documents

Searching and summarizing clauses in contracts and internal documents, citing the source of each answer.

Internal help desk

An assistant that answers your team based on company manuals, processes and policies.

Product features

AI inside your app or SaaS, such as image analysis, classification and recommendations.

How we build AI solutions

  1. Assessment

We find the tasks where AI brings the most return and define how to measure it.

  2. Proof of concept

We test the solution on your real data before investing in full development.

  3. Development

We build the solution into your systems, with security rules and clear boundaries.

  4. Evaluation

We check answer quality against real cases and tune what needs tuning.

  5. Rollout

We put it in your team’s hands with cost and performance monitoring.

  6. Continuous improvement

We track results and evolve the solution as models and usage change.

Technology

We choose the model for the task, the cost and the privacy requirements, not for the brand.

  • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
  • Python
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Vector databases
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
  • Webhooks and APIs

Timeline

AI projects work best in stages. We start with a short proof of concept on real data to confirm the solution delivers before you scale up the investment.

Once validated, the full development schedule is part of the proposal.

How much does an AI project cost?

The investment has two parts: development, with a fixed quote per milestone, and model usage, which depends on volume. The main drivers are:

  • Number of data sources and integrations.
  • Expected volume: conversations, documents or requests.
  • Level of control required, such as human review, auditing and privacy.
  • Whether you need a dedicated interface or use inside existing tools.

The proposal also estimates the monthly model usage cost, so you know what it takes to run the solution.

AI development FAQ

What kind of tasks can AI handle in my company?

The best returns come from repetitive, text-heavy work: answering frequent questions, reading and classifying documents, extracting data, summarizing information and searching internal knowledge bases.

Can the AI give wrong answers to my customers?

That risk exists and the project addresses it. We restrict the AI to your company’s information, define when it must hand over to a person and test answers against real cases before going live.

Is our data safe?

We favor setups where providers do not use submitted data to train models, apply access control and handle personal data in line with GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD.

How much does an AI project cost?

Development has a fixed quote per milestone. Model usage has a monthly cost that depends on volume, and we estimate it in the proposal.

Do we need to replace our current tools?

No. In most cases the AI is integrated into the tools you already use, such as your CRM, email, spreadsheets and messaging apps.

Can we test before committing to the full project?

Yes. We recommend starting with a proof of concept on real data to validate results before scaling the investment.
