Yes. Customers install it on their home screen with your icon, and it opens full screen like any other app. Publishing to the App Store and Google Play is available as an optional step.
How long does it take?

Is there a monthly fee?
There is a build price and a monthly maintenance fee covering hosting, updates, support and keeping the club charges running. Everything is spelled out in the proposal.
Will the app carry my brand?
